ですが、私が住んでいるのは日本ですので、海外の転送業者を使って
日本に送ってもらっているのですが、あなたから買った冷蔵庫は
冷却剤が入っているため航空危険物となり発送が出来ませんでした。

I bought a fridge from you.
However, I live in Japan and I discovered it is not possible to send a fridge from overseas using forwarder.
The reason is because it contains coolant and thus it is considered as dangerous goods.
So can I please return it and request for refund?

I have purchased a refrigerator from you.
However, as i'm staying in Japan, I asked foreign company to help to send my refrigerator to Japan, the refrigerator I bought from you was not able to be sent out as hazardous coolant is turned on.
So, I'm very sorry that can i return the product, and request for a refund?
