ですが、私が住んでいるのは日本ですので、海外の転送業者を使って
日本に送ってもらっているのですが、あなたから買った冷蔵庫は
冷却剤が入っているため航空危険物となり発送が出来ませんでした。

ですので、大変申し訳ありませんが、
商品を返品致しますので、代金を返金して頂けませんでしょうか？

I bought a fridge from you.

However, I live in Japan and I discovered it is not possible to send a fridge from overseas using forwarder.
The reason is because it contains coolant and thus it is considered as dangerous goods.

So can I please return it and request for refund?
I am sorry for inconvenient and thank you for your reply in advance.
