残りはいつ入荷していつ発送してくれますか？
また、商品Bは10個購入します。
また、TAX IDですが日本ではID制度が導入されていないようです。
制度を導入していない国の場合は、記入欄は空欄でもかまわない様ですが、
Taxを掛けずに発送はできませんか？私はできるだけ費用を抑えたいです。
もしできなければCAの発送先の住所をお伝えします。
私はあなたから多くの商品を購入したいです。

Concerning TAX ID, it seems that the system of ID has not been introduced in Japan yet.
In the case of the countries which do not adopt the system, it seems that the column does not have to be filled out. So can’t you send the item without tax? I want to pull in expense as much as possible.
If you can’t, I will tell you the shipping address in CA.
