残りはいつ入荷していつ発送してくれますか？

また、商品Bは10個購入します。

また、TAX　IDですが日本ではID制度が導入されていないようです。

制度を導入していない国の場合は、記入欄は空欄でもかまわない様ですが、
Taxを掛けずに発送はできませんか？私はできるだけ費用を抑えたいです。

もしできなければCAの発送先の住所をお伝えします。

For B, I want to buy 10 pieces.
In Japan there seems to be no Tax ID system yet.

For a country with no such system, you don't have to fill it out but can you send them without tax on them? I prefer keeping cost as low as possible.
If impossible, I will give you address in CA to send them.
