私は日本人です。初めてアカウント登録するため、Zip codeを入力したところ、「・・・・」と表示されました。Zip code ０００－００００は間違っておらず、現在有効です。また、私の住所には、現在、海外から何度も荷物が届いており、海外から配送が不能な地域ではありません。原因と対応方法を教えてください。

I am Japanese. To register my account for the fist time, I input my Zip code and it shows "....." .
The Zip code ０００－００００ is correct and it is valid at the moment. Also packages have been delivered to my address from overseas which means the area is in the range. Could you advise the why this is happening and how to solve it. Thanks.
