私は日本人です。初めてアカウント登録するため、Zip codeを入力したところ、「・・・・」と表示されました。Zip code　０００－００００は間違っておらず、現在有効です。また、私の住所には、現在、海外から何度も荷物が届いており、海外から配送が不能な地域ではありません。原因と対応方法を教えてください。

I am Japanese. When I first tried to enter my zip code to create an account, it displayed "・・・・". The zip code 000-0000 is not a mistake; it is currently valid.
