その商品は確かに壊れてました。私は念のためNIKEの見せに行き壊れていることを確認してもらっていましたし、後はあなたがその商品を購入いた店舗と日にちを確認出来れば返金してもらえるはずでした。しかしその段階であなたから返品すれば全額返金すると提案をもらったのであなたにわざわざ私が送料（1500円）を負担してまで返品することにしました。それを今になって全額返金できないというのはおかしいのではないでしょうか。

That item was broken certainly. I went to Nike store and they make it sure, so they pay back to me after the confirmation of the date and store you bought that item. But, as you propose at that time that you refund all money to me if I return it, I took the trouble to return it with covering shipping cost (¥1500). Your current reply that you cannot refund all money betrays me.
