英語が苦手でコミュニケーションが上手く取れず申し訳ありません。
ペン自体がウエロパである事は理解しています。
私は写真に載っていた茶色の木箱も楽しみにしていました。
その為、箱を交換してほしいと言いましたが、諦めようと思います。
このままシルバーの箱を受け取ります。

I do understand that Europa is the pen itself.
I was just looking forward to the brown box which was photographed together with the pen.
That is why I requested an exchange of the box, but I'm afraid I will have to give it up.
