英語が苦手でコミュニケーションが上手く取れず申し訳ありません。
ペン自体がウエロパである事は理解しています。
私は写真に載っていた茶色の木箱も楽しみにしていました。
その為、箱を交換してほしいと言いましたが、諦めようと思います。
このままシルバーの箱を受け取ります。
何度も連絡をしてお手数をおかけしました。

I understand that the pen itself is a Europa.
I was looking forward to the brown box that was inside of the picture.
So because of that I said I wanted you to exchange the box but I think I'll give that up.
I'll accept the silver box as it is.
