1ユニットは充電しても電源が入りません。またもう1ユニットは電源は入りますが音声の受信だけができません。
電源ユニットだけ交換したいので新しい電源ユニットを交換用に2個送ってくれませんか？
新しい電源ユニットが届いたら私は不良の2個の電源ユニットをあなたに送り返します。

Again, one defective set was contained in 15 sets that I purchased previous time.
Power supply is impossible for one unit even after charging. Though power supply is possible for other unit, to receive sound is not done.
I want to replace power supply unit with new one, so would you please send me two power supply units?
When I receive the new units, I will send back the defective two units to you.
I am sorry to trouble you, but I would appreciate your appropriate reaction.
