I am contacting you to ask you for your treatment.
I am 38 years old and have eyefloaters caused by posterior vitreous detachment in both eyes.
I am having a very hard time not being able to see the center field of vision.
I would like to go to America around May 20 in order to take your treatment.
Would it be possible for you to accommodate me around this day?

It is getting very difficult to see in the center of my sight, and I'm in a very bad condition.
I am thinking of going over to America to receive your treatment around 20th May.
