商品の梱包が甘く内容物に破損がありました。
セラーに保障を求めましたが返金ができないとの返事がありました。
セラーは商品を届けるところまでの責任があり、運送業者との交渉はセラーに行う義務があります。セラーの梱包は非常に簡易的で箱の中で内容物がバラバラになっています。その上、活版の木箱は修復できないほどに破損していました(写真)

How the item was packed was not secured enough and the content was damaged.
I contacted the seller for the compensation but was told not to be able for him/her to give me a refund.
The seller said he/she was not responsible for whatever happened in transit after it was shipped out of her/his place. So the negotiation with the shipping company should be done with the seller. The way the seller packed the goods was so simple that the content was in pieces when it arrived at my place. On top of that, the wooden box of it was too damaged to be reconstructed. Please refer to the attached picture.

I was informed from the seller that it is not possible to receive a refund for the damaged product. However, I believe that it is the seller's responsibility to properly pack and negotiate with the courier service to ensure delivery in good condition. However, it was clear that the packaging was insufficient and the goods were found to be scattered inside the box. Furthermore, the letterpressed box was beyond repair (please see photo as reference).

I wanted compensation from the seller but was told a refund could not be done.
The seller has responsibility until the product arrives and it's the seller's responsibility to do negotiations with the mail carrier. The seller's packaging was very simplistic and the contents inside the box fell apart. Furthermore, the letterpress box was damaged beyond repair.
