最近一部のマネージャーに部下へのマネジメントについて話した事がある。秀でたマネージャーは絶対に部下をマネジメントする事ばかり考えない。
まず、己自身をマネジメントする事に秀でていると。これは地球の気候変動が太陽に左右されている事にも類似していると思うのだが。極端な例え話と思うならいつも東から昇る太陽は日常の事でしょ。

I have recently talked about how to manage the underlings with a group of managers. The excellent manager never worries only about how to control his/her subordinates.
To excel in managing himself/herself is the first thing to do. This also has a similarity to how the earth's climates are influenced by the sun's activities. You may think this is an extremet metaphor but the sun rises up in the east every day, doesn't it?
