また、ヘッドとゴムパッキンが届きましたが、ゴムパッキンのサイズがヘッドのサイズに全く合いません。ですので、ゴムパッキンを２つ、早急に送り直してもらえますか？
もう二度目ですので、送料は流石に負担していただけますよね？
もし、また不良品を送ってくるのであれば、PayPalにクレームを申請します。

It has been only a little more than a month since I bought this but it won't turn on any longer.
I can't find anybody to fix this in Japan. This has the maker's guarantee. Would you give me an instruction on how to use this?

I have received a head and packing but the sizes of them don't match at all. Will you immediately send me two rubber packings again?
