まだ購入してから１ヶ月弱しか経っていないですが、電源が付かなくなってしまいました。
こちらは日本ですので修理ができません。メーカー保証がありますが、どのように対応していただけますか？

また、ヘッドとゴムパッキンが届きましたが、ゴムパッキンのサイズがヘッドのサイズに全く合いません。ですので、ゴムパッキンを２つ、早急に送り直してもらえますか？
もう二度目ですので、送料は流石に負担していただけますよね？
もし、また不良品を送ってくるのであれば、PayPalにクレームを申請します。

I bought it just about 1 month ago. I can't turn on the power source. I can't repair it in Japan. I have a warranty from the manufacture. How should I do this?

I got the heads and rubber seals but the size of rubber seal is just not correct for the size of the head. Can you send me the 2 of the rubber seals immediately?
