梱包は丁寧だったので、運搬中についた傷ではないように思います。
BBBは14個、CCCは3個、傷（凹み）がありました。
傷の一部を写した写真を送ります。
返品は送料及び、時間がかかるので望んでいません。
しかしこの傷が付いた商品は日本で販売することはできません。
販売した場合、間違いなく顧客から苦情が来ます。
我々は過去に何度か経験しています。
今回はこちらで処理します。
もし今後、同じような商品が納品された場合は、今回の分も含めて交換をお願いします。

However, we cannot sell this damaged item in Japan.

If you deliver the item with the same condition in the future, I must request you to replace it, including this order.
