I think that this is very effective for you to extend a recognition of you in Japan among the influential media and industries.
The event will be held on the 15th of July this year, and I have informed that the decision will be notified by the middle of April.

We were asked to attend the show which is attached in this email.
I think it is a good way to spread information to Japan through media and this industry which have big influence to everyone.
It opens on 15 July 2012. We have to reply before the beginning of April.
It cost $6,000 for support their management. It would be very nice if you can cover.
