I have purchased 3 heads, R11, from you on the other day. However, the number "11" of R11 on all heads is slightly crooked, and face angle has a gap in between. I found online that these are significant traces of fakes. Here is the URL (Japanese only).

I ordered 3 heads of R11 the other day. I found there are small bents on 11 of R11 and two parts of face angle are not stick together(there is a gap between the two). I saw it in the internet that fake ones have a lot of these problems. I have a URL below. (in Japanese)
I have other R11 which I got from different seller. I don't see any problems like this, so I think it is genuine. If I purchase items from you regularly, I need a proof. If the item is genuine, please send me a certificate or a warranty of this item.
