先日あなたからR11ヘッドを3個注文しました。いずれもR11の11が若干曲がっており、またフェースアングルの部品が若干浮いています(隙間がある)。これらは偽物の特徴としてインターネットに出ていました。以下URLです(日本語です)

I have purchased 3 heads, R11, from you on the other day. However, the number "11" of R11 on all heads is slightly crooked, and face angle has a gap in between. I found online that these are significant traces of fakes. Here is the URL (Japanese only).
I have a R11 head I got from another seller, but this has no signs of the above problems. Therefore, this must be a real R11 head. I would like some kind of certainty as I wish to continue having business with you. Kindly send me a certificate or warranty if your products are real and authentic.
