私どもマイクロビークルラボ社ではこういった電気で動く自動車に使われるリチウムイオン電池の試作品、あるいは実験車両を提供しています
マイクロビークルというのはこういった乗り物や車椅子や電動バイクなど、一人で自由に動ける移動体のことを指します
このようなクルマや船やロボットのバッテリーの開発支援をしています
今回展示しているのはリチウムイオン電池を制御するバッテリーマネジメントシステムと呼ばれる保護回路です
最初にこういった80ボルトのシステムを作りました
Microvehicles are such moving vehicles as vehicles already mentioned, wheel chairs or electric bikes that can freely move by themselves. We are assisting developing the batteries for cars, ships or robots as these.
The product in display this time is the protection circuit called battery management sysmtem that controls lithium-ion batteries. We made the system with 80 volts first.
A micro vehicle stands for a vehicle which you can drive alone such as a wheelchair, electric motorcycle and this kind of vehicle.
We support the development of batteries for cars, ships and robots.
This time, we exhibit protection network which controls lithium-ion battery and called battery management system.

保護回路で各セルの電圧を監視します
電圧の上限や下限の監視、更には各セルのばらつきをこちらの回路で検知し、平準化を行うことができます
これは次々と出てくる新しいリチウムイオン電池新しい正極材料に対して対応できるようにするためです
今回は大阪府のEV開発支援プロジェクトという補助金をいただきまして開発し、先ほど見て頂きました車に搭載して実証試験を行いました
その結果を用い、より精度の高いシステムを今回開発しました
こちらは120直列という高電圧の回路まで監視することができます
It monitors the upper and lower limits of the power voltage and detects the dispersion of the circuit to equalize it. This is for being able to be compatible with ever-coming new positive-electrode materials.
We have developed this with the subsidy from Osak Prefecture Government as EV Development Assistance Project. We experimented the developed product, installing it in the car you have just looked.
With the result we have further developed the higher quality system this time.
This one can monitor and control the high-voltage circuit of 120 series.
The upper and the lower limit of the voltage are monitored, and the variation of each cell is detected and can be equalized.
This is to support every new lithium-ion battery and any positive-electrode materials, entering the market one after another.
We have received a federal funding from Osaka Prefecture based on EV development assistance project and developed and have completed the verification test using the vehicle you saw earlier.
We have developed a more accurate system using the test result this time.
This system can monitor a circuit with high voltage such as 120 in series.

特徴としてノイズを除去する機能があります
高電圧になると、セルに対するノイズ、あるいはインバーターからのノイズが問題になります
先程も言いましたが、いろんな正極材料に対応できる電池の閾値を任意に設定できること、平準化を手動で行うことで、自分たちが開発した電池にどれくらいのばらつきがあるか、どのような条件で動かすとばらつきが多く発生するのか、そういうところを見てもらえます
Our product will support those areas.
The unique thing about this product is that it has a noise reduction function.
Under a high voltage condition, the noise against the cell and the noise from the inverter will be a problem.
As mentioned before, threshold level can be set to support any positive-electrode materials, and you can see the range of the variation our battery has, and also check what condition makes the change in preventing variation occurrence, by equalizing manually.
