You need a change of pace. When you want things to go better, you are feeling stuck, etc., you need to shake things up. Drive home a different way, eat someplace different for lunch, go into a store you normally wouldn't go into. Every time you are exposed to something different, even if it is something that seems small and insignificant, you are forced to look at things differently.

ペースを変える必要がある。物事がよりうまく行くように願い、行き詰まり感を感じているのなら、変化が必要だ。いつもと違う道を通って帰ったり、ランチにいく店を変えてみたり、買い物に入ったことのないショップを試すなど。人は変化にさらされるとき、たとえそれが小さく取るに足らない変化に見えたとしても、物事の見方がおのずと変わるものなのである。
