The tacker I have purchased from you doesn't work correctly.
I have examined it the other day and found out that the RESET button is open and the tacks doesn't come out of the machine.
Did you have it examined before you listed it on?
If you doesn't deal with this problem in a proper manner I will give you a negative feedback and request PayPal for a refund.

The nailing machine which I bought from you doesn't work well. I tried it the other day, but only restart button opens. No nails come out from the machine.
Have you checked this item before you sell? If you cannot do anything with it, I will put "Negative" on your rate and ask for a refund with using Paypal.
