早速商品を拝見させて頂きましたところ、リール下部のFootナンバーが削り取られており残念です。
この商品はFootナンバーに価値が有り、Footナンバーが削り取られているとわかっていればこの価格では落札しませんでした。
返品したいところですが私は現在日本にいるため、返品送料がかなり掛かってしまいます。
そこでご提案なのですが、20ドルのご返金をお願いしたいのです。

I have received purchased item. When I saw it, foot number which are supposed to be on foot of the reel were chipped off.
This item is worth because of that foot number. So If I knew that the number were chipped off, I had not bought it with this price.
I want to return it to you. But I am in Japan now, so mailing cost to return it will be expensive.
With that, I would like to suggest you $20 refund. I would like to bring this trade to the end with assent of both of us.
