この商品はFootナンバーに価値が有り、Footナンバーが削り取られているとわかっていればこの価格では落札しませんでした。
返品したいところですが私は現在日本にいるため、返品送料がかなり掛かってしまいます。
そこでご提案なのですが、20ドルのご返金をお願いしたいのです。

I have received purchased item. When I saw it, foot number which are supposed to be on foot of the reel were chipped off.
This item is worth because of that foot number. So If I knew that the number were chipped off, I had not bought it with this price.
I want to return it to you. But I am in Japan now, so mailing cost to return it will be expensive.
With that, I would like to suggest you $20 refund. I would like to bring this trade to the end with assent of both of us.

I have received my item and found that the foot number under the reel was missing.
Since this item has its value with the foot number, I would not have bought at that price if had known that there was no foot number with it.
I would like to return the item, but I am in Japan now and I must pay high shipping fee to return.
So, this is my suggestion. Will you refund twenty dollars to me to settle this issue?

This item is valuable if it has the Foot Number. If I was informed that the Foot Number had been scraped away, I would have not won it with this price.
To say the truth, I would like to return this to you, but as I live in Japan now, the return shipping fee will cost too much.
So I propose you that you refund me $20.
I hope we will arrange this issue in a way that both of us can agree to each other.

When I watched the product, unfortunately, shaved and took the Foot number on the bottom of reel.
This product's value is the Foot number. So, if when I understand shaving and taking the Foot number, I don't successful bid the price.
I want to return the item, however, I live in Japan. So, I'll take a lot of shipping returns.
