The time schedule of the field examination for XX I determined with Mr./Ms. ○○ is Mar. 7 and 8.

The schedule of the field survey in XX we've planned with 〇〇 is on March 7 and 8.
The number of people visiting is myself and one person from advisory committee from □□. We will meet up with ○○ and the bow collector △△ there. That makes the total of four of us.
