恐らく差額の$16がその手数料のようです。
手数料が高いので、銀行振り込み以外で、paypalやクレジットカードなど使えませんか？

When you send International remittance, we pay the fee about ＄32 besides $110.
Additionally, I think that the receiver has to also pay the fee.
I guess that $16, -the balance-, is the fee.
As the fee is expensive, thus, could you use payal or a credit card instead of bank transfer?
