・ひとつずつの時間にひとつずつのタイマーを
　Clockworkは複数のタイマーを連続して鳴らすことができます。ひとつのタイマーがおわると、次のタイマーへ、また次のタイマーへ。複数のタイマーが連動しながら動きます。

　ものごとを充実して行うには、集中するのがとても大事。時間を区切って集中、時間を区切ってゆったりとリラックス。生活の質がかわります。
