商品自体にも汚れや傷が目立ちます。
真実の提示を要求します。 中古品であるのなら中古品と申し出てください。 そしてオートマティックにインストールするとは一体どういったことなのでしょうか 説明がいい加減すぎると思います

But I can't find the activation code.
The item is dirty and has scratches with it.
Are you sure that the item was really new? If not, just let me know it was a used one.
Also your instructions, "install it automatically", is not clear enough to me. Will you give me more clear instructions?

You said the products is new when i asked products, but i couldn't find the activation cord.
And the product has stains and scratch marks.
You must tell me the truth. You must say the products is secondhand goods or not.
Also, What's mean that you said install for automatic?.

In our previous correspondence, I was told that the item was brand new.
However, the item is scratched and somewhat dirty - I can't find the activation code either.
Also, saying that the product will be "automatically installed" is altogether too vague...
Is this is actually a second-hand or bootleg copy? I would like to know the truth please.
