アクティベーションコードがなく既にインストールされている商品であり
商品自体にも汚れや傷が目立ちます。
真実の提示を要求します。
中古品であるのなら中古品と申し出てください。

You told me it was brand new when I asked you however, it didn't have an activation code and it was already installed by third person. What is more, the product has dirt and scratches on it.
