Cから連絡がいっているかと思いますが、デザインコンテストの締切が1/31までとなりました。
そこで、貴学の生徒に、もう一度締め切り日が変更になったことと、たくさんの生徒さんからの応募を待っていると、すぐに呼びかけていただきたいのですが、ご協力お願いできますでしょうか。
また、生徒が描いた絵を、先生のところでいったんとりまとめていただけると助かりますが、
可能でしょうか？1/31にCが取りにいきます。

This is B from company A. I met with you in November.
As C would have noticed you, the deadline for the design competition was changed to January 31st.
As such, I will be grateful if you call attention of your students, informing them once again of the change of the deadline and of that the organizer of the competition is waiting for many students to participate.
Also I would be glad if you will be in charge to collect the students' pictures. If it is acceptable for you, C will visit to collect the pictures .
