Thank you for your reply. I checked returning procedure on the website and found out that it has to use DHL with returning shipping fee of $60.00. I was surprised how expensive the shipping costs. I hope the returning shipping fees and other fees could be bore by shopbop.com. Please refund the payment with the shipping fees. Also, can I return it via EMS?

When I checked on the website, it says that the cost of returning the goods is $60, delivered by DHL company, and I am surprised with how expensive that is. It would be great if you could remove its delivery cost and commission, and put it under shopbop.com. At the same time, I would like to receive back the delivery charge with the goods' payment. Also, may I use EMS for the delivery?
