クロエさんこんにちは。お返事ありがとうございます。サイトの返品方法を確認したら、配送業者はDHLで返品送料が$60.00と記載されていましたが、送料が高くて驚きました。返品時の送料や手数料はshopbop.comで負担していただけると嬉しいです。かかった送料は商品代金と一緒に返金していただきたいです。また、配送はEMSでも良いですか？
