貴部では7/5のA会議に向け各部門へ共有するデータを準備されていると伺いました。
我々は先日Bから、Cの値が最終値と異なる指摘を受けそれを確認したところ、5$の差異があるのを見つけました。
我々は既にＥを、Dの最終値資料として共有している。しかしこれを修正した方がよいか、また修正する場合はどのような手順を取ればよいかを相談させて頂きたいです（やむを得ずFを使うか）
お手数をおかけしてしまい大変申し訳ありません。またこの件の確認先としてより適切な方がおられる様でしたらご教示下さい。

We understand that your department is preparing data to share with each department for the 7/5 A meeting.
We recently received a note from B that the value in C differs from the final value, so we checked it and found a difference of 5$.
We have already shared E as the final value data for D, but it would be better to correct this. But we would like to discuss whether we should correct this and if so, what steps we should take (or use F if we have to).
