本日、商品を受け取りましたがこのバッグは不良品です。
爪痕のような傷があるのと、バッグを折った状態で小さな箱の中に梱包されていたため
折れ曲がった癖がつき直すことができません。

先程、返品リクエストいたしましたが
商品を返品いたしますので、全額返金をお願いいたします。
再注文した場合、傷や型崩れしていないものを送っていただけますか？
またその際、バッグを折り曲げずに発送していただけますか？
