マユミの言いつけどおり、城の廊下の窓を全て拭き掃除した。
眠気はあるが、凍え死にしないように起き続けるのとは達成感が違う。
とても清々しい気分で、目に沁みる朝陽も全く気にならなかった。
ナツメ：「ふぁ～………こっちも終わったよ～………」
ナツメが大欠伸をしながら、廊下の向こうからやってくる。
ミズキ：「ごめんな、手伝わせて」
ナツメ：「ううん。でも、大丈夫？ 僕は非番だからこのあと眠れるけど………」
ミズキ：「平気だって！」
