I have requested to unlock the “NGC HK”. Please ask for the credit card payment of NGC HK to the Hong Kong office, not to the office in the US. Please proceed to pay for installments of 4 times, not by a one-time payment.

I have contact to the Credit Card company. As "NGC HK" bills were too many, the system security lock worked. I had not had any idea of that. I asked to release the "NGC HK". Please withdraw from Honkon Office NGC HK credit card but not from US office. Please withdraw not at once but dividing in 4 times.
