住所の部屋番号を記入し忘れていたので、本人確認が完了しません。
住所を変更しようとしてもグレーアウトして出来ません。
ヘルプの方に住所の変更をお願いしたのですが3日経っても変わっていません。
どうすればいいのでしょうか？

I forgot the room number of my address so the confirmation by the addressee is not completed.
I can't change and gray out it either.
I asked for help in changing the address but nothing has changed after 3 days.
What should I do?

Filling out the room number of address failed, so it is not yet confirmed the identity.
I have tried to change the address, but I was unable to do so because the section cannot be active as it is greyed out.
In fact, I asked a help desk agent to ask to change the address, however, it doesn’t become active yet for three days. What can I do about this?
