AからBが取り外せないとのことですが、対処法としてBossに潤滑油を垂らしながら六角レンチでBをゆっくり回してください。それでも外れない場合は、恐らくボルトが齧ってしまっていると思います。
液体窒素をBossにかけてください。Bossが冷気で収縮するので外れるかもしれません。
または、Bを壊して無理やり外してください。
齧っている場合、ネジ山はもう駄目になっているので、修正は難しい状況です。
新しくAを作るか、ネジ穴を完全に埋めて使ってください。使用上は問題無いと考えています。

Please pour liquid nitrogen on the Boss. The cold air will make the Boss shrink so you can take it out, maybe.
Also, please don't destroy B just to take it out by force.
If it has eaten through, a screw thread won't work so repair will be difficult.
Please make a new A or bury it completely in the screw hole before using. After using, I think you shouldn't have any problems.
