クライアントと調整し、御社から新品を送って頂くことで合意しました。11月4日には間に合わないかも知れませんが、できる限り最短で発送頂けると助かります。また、相談がありますが、中国から輸出する時に、補修製品として輸出している為、中国に戻る際に輸入関税等がかからないです。ただ、条件がありまして、同じシリアルナンバーでないと、免税ができない為、故障品と同じシリアルナンバーのシールを貼って出荷して頂けますか？そのほうが、煩雑な手続きがなく、スムーズにいきます。
We've adjusted with the client, and he agreed to sending the new item from your end. It may not make in time for November 4, but please try to deliver it as soon as possible.
