クライアントと調整し、御社から新品を送って頂くことで合意しました。11月4日には間に合わないかも知れませんが、できる限り最短で発送頂けると助かります。また、相談がありますが、中国から輸出する時に、補修製品として輸出している為、中国に戻る際に輸入関税等がかからないです。ただ、条件がありまして、同じシリアルナンバーでないと、免税ができない為、故障品と同じシリアルナンバーのシールを貼って出荷して頂けますか?そのほうが、煩雑な手続きがなく、スムーズにいきます。
