The product I ordered on 12/12 was not shipped so I thought I didn't order it.
so,I ordered it again on 12/14 but after, I figured out that I made a mistake and order the same product twice.
Therefore, I would like to cancel my order (12/14) and get a refund.

As the item I ordered in 12th Dec had not shipped yet, I reordered the same item in 14th Dec misunderstanding that I had not ordered yet that day. So I'd like cancel the order of 14th de Dec and I'd like you to refund me.

I ordered the same item by mistake on December 14 because the former one I've ordered on December 12 hasn't sent yet.
