Aは今週中に提供可能です。BはおそらくEを使うと思いますが弊部で再検討が必要です。

I will contact you right away after confirming if it takes time again. It is so hard to get you a result from A to B by the 4th of March even though we got a request yesterday. Because of overlapping schedules with C and D, we think we need one more week time as we revise the update of premises.
A will be available by this week. Presumably, E will be used for B, but we have to examine it again.
