L/C記載のLatest Date of Shipmentについて、上海港到着日時が春節の時期を避けたほうが良いと思いますが、

As for the latest date of shipment described in the L/C, I am sure that the period of Chinese New Year should be avoided for the arrival of Shanghai port. Around when do you prefer the ship which will be arrived at Shanghai port?
I am afraid that the shortening of the delivery would be difficult to make it at the moment.
