EEDが受領出来次第フィリピンに渡りSRRVの申請書手続きをしたいのですが,タイから日本に戻ってフィリピンに向かう場合、EEDを使ったVIZAの取得、無犯罪証明書、健康診断書などの有効期限が切れてしまう可能性があります。

As soon as I receive the EED, I would like to apply for the SRRV transiting in the Philippines. When returning to Japan from Thailand and will be heading for the Philippines, the expiry will be possibly made for the application of a VISA using EED, a certificate for no claim, a health certificate, and so on.
For this reason, sorry to trouble you but, EED for applying for the entry VISA, please.
