At first, I peel the skin of the carrot and radish. What!? Lotus root seems bad. Smells awful like rotten milk.
Now I am making a Japanese home cook called “Kinpira”, which cooks with carrot, radish, and lotus root seasoned with soya sauce and sesame oil. Making this with burdock is popular but using lotus root and carrot is my style.
