今回導入した3台のうち、2台に不具合が発生し、2台を新品に交換しました。
ところが交換したうちの1台に再度画像に乱れが生じており、
カスタマーからクレームになっています。
製品Aについて不具合はよく発生しているのでしょうか。
製品Bは現在貴社から4台導入していますが、故障は聞いていません。
製品Aについてカスタマーから説明を求められており、考えられる原因について至急教えてください。
