I have a query about the above order ID and ASIN products.
This product is a book so VAT is not required.
When I contacted seller support before, they replied, “If you change the Product Tax Code (PTC) from G_GEN_NOTAX to A_GEN_NOTAX, you won’t need to pay tax”.
So, I made this change. However, I have now found that VAT was still taxed.
Is there a way to fix this error?
The answer from the seller support the other day is below for reference.
