受け取った商品の色が違います。
３つのうち２つグリーンが届きました。
商品はプレゼントとして送ったので日本にあります。
送料がかさむので返品は考えていませんが、何らかの補償などしてもらえますか？
必要であれば写真を送ります。

The color of the item which I received is wrong.
Two items out of three were green.
The item is in Japan because I sent it as a present.
I don't think to return it because the shipping fee increase, but could you compensate something for it?
I will send a picture if you need it.

The goods I got had a wrong color.
There were 2 green in all the 3 items.
I am in Japan, and goods were send as present.
Don't you think I should return the goods because of the postage. Could you give me some compensation?

The color of the item I received is different from what I‘ve ordered.
2 out of 3 were green.
The item is now in Japan since I’ve sent it as a gift.
I am not thinking of returning the item since it will cost me to send it back, but
can I ask for a compensation or something?
