前回の注文で多数の（商品名）を注文しましたが、一部がいつものタイプではなく、透明の袋に入っていたため、ロゴ入りの袋へ変更してもらいまいした。その際はありがとうございました。
私は今までのパッケージが廃止され今後は透明の袋のみに変更されると考えていましたが、現在でも通常はハードパッケージで発送されるとメールで回答をいただきました。
I ordered lots of XXX last time but a part of them was not the same as usual. And, as those were packed in a transparent plastic bag so I asked for changing it to the bag with logo then. Thank you at that time.
I thought the past package is abolished and changes to the transparent bag but I got an email that a hard package is used for the shipping unchanged usually .
そうであるならば、やはり正規のパッケージであり説明書などもあるハードパッケージが望ましいです。お手数ですが前回変更していただいた分をハードパッケージへ変更していただきたいです。もちろん商品は開封しておりません。往復の送料は負担しますし、手数料が必要であれば支払います。よろしくお願いいたします。
If so, I hope that using a hard package with an instruction manual as a genuine package by all means. Therefore, I would like you to change them to a hard package as I ordered previously.
