しかし、認証プロセスはうまくいきませんでした。自動返信メールに記載されていたパスワードも使えませんでした。

現在、アマゾンで登録されている電話番号は以前のままのようです。下4桁の番号が502

サイトで電話番号を変更するやり方を教えてください。新しい電話番号を追加しようとすると、以前に使っていた電話番号に対してパスワードが送られる為に、変更をおこなうことができません。
