この年に募集された練習生は僅か数ヶ月～1年に満たない短い期間の飛行練習で戦闘機に乗り込み米軍に特攻（神風）をした
戦闘機の数が足りなかった為、人間魚雷と呼ばれた兵器の「かいてん」、特攻ボート「しんよう」、人間機雷「ふくりゅう」で特攻する隊員も多かった
古いポスターなので傷み、汚れはあるが、1944年のポスターとしては良い状態だ
Poster of help-wanted of Japanese imperial army that is very rare in 1944 that is one year before the defeat of Japan against the States.
The trainees who applied in this year had a training of flying only between several months and one year, and boarded the airplane of suicide attach for Tokko (Kamikaze) against the States.
As number of airplane for fighting was not enough, many fighters conducted the suicide attack by "Kaiten", weapon called human torpedo, "Shinyo", boat of suicide attack, and "Fukuryu", human mines.
As it is an old poster, it has a damage and dirt. But it is in good condition as a poster made in 1944.
